Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons to young learners, fostering a love for learning. - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development. - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and implement a well-rounded, balanced curriculum. - Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. - Regularly assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth. - Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and parent-teacher meetings. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years experience in teaching Kindergarten or early childhood education. - Knowledge of child development and the ability to apply this understanding to classroom practice. - Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children. - Ability to work as part of a team and a strong commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment.
