IDEAL English, a respected private language school, provides a supportive and inspiring environment for both students and teachers. This full-time position involves teaching up to 20 periods per week (50-minute classes) with additional administrative duties, totaling 40 hours per week. Candidates should be flexible, committed, and enthusiastic educators with a deep care for students, cultural awareness, and a professional attitude. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, ESL certification (TESOL, CELTA, or TEFL), and a TOEIC score of 900 for non-native speakers. Benefits include a salary of 40,000–44,000 Baht, annual increases, bonuses, visa and work permit support, paid holidays, and health insurance.
