Hiring a full-time School Liaison Officer for a 12-month contract based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The position offers a starting salary of 18,000 Baht per month, with higher compensation available depending on the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience.

As a trilingual school serving students from Kindergarten through Secondary level, Kasintorn Saint James Chiang Mai School combines the Thai national curriculum with international educational practices. The School Liaison Officer plays an important role in connecting foreign teaching staff with school management. This position is responsible for supporting teachers, promoting effective communication, coordinating with various departments, and helping to ensure the smooth operation of daily school activities. The role also involves assisting with staff-related matters and responding to questions, requests, and concerns from teaching personnel.

Key responsibilities include communicating school policies, procedures, announcements, and operational updates to staff, collecting and relaying teacher feedback to the appropriate departments, following up on staff requests, and facilitating collaboration between academic, administrative, and support teams. The successful candidate will also assist with onboarding new teachers, maintaining staff records, organizing meetings, and preparing reports when required.

The ideal applicant will possess a bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in administration, human resources, education, or a similar position is preferred. Strong English communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, organizational competence, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience in a school setting and knowledge of Thai labor regulations, visa and work permit procedures, or educational administration would be beneficial.
