Saint Dominic School is a well-established Catholic school in the Salesian tradition, located in central Bangkok. We are seeking a qualified and professional Filipino Secondary English Teacher for a temporary part-time position supporting students at the lower-secondary level.

1 Temporary Part-Time Position
Contract Period
From 20 July 2026 until early August 2026, with the possibility of extension until mid-August depending on departmental requirements.

🎓 Minimum Academic Qualifications
Applicants with the following qualifications are preferred:
• Bachelor’s Degree in English
OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a Major in English or Secondary English Education

✅ Professional Requirements
Applicants must:
• Be a Filipino national
• Have clear, natural, and professional spoken English suitable for teaching conversational English
• Be between 25 and 45 years of age, preferably
• Have at least one year of relevant teaching experience in Thailand
• Have at least one year of experience teaching English at secondary level
• Currently reside in Thailand
• Be available to begin teaching on 20 July 2026
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work collaboratively
• Be able to manage secondary-level classes effectively
• Be willing to follow the school’s curriculum, academic procedures, and professional expectations

💼 Compensation
• 400 THB per teaching period
• Each teaching period is 50 minutes
• Payment is made only for periods actually taught
• Public holidays are unpaid
• There will be no classes from 27–29 July 2026

⭐ Professional Role Overview
The successful applicant will be expected to deliver structured, engaging, and academically appropriate English lessons that support measurable student progress.
The school is looking for a teacher who can maintain a positive but disciplined classroom environment, communicate clearly, and work effectively with students.

🧾 Key Responsibilities
• Teach English to M.1–M.3 students
• Deliver lessons aligned with the department curriculum and learning objectives
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom materials
• Mark worksheets, classwork, and assignments regularly
• Maintain accurate academic and attendance records
• Provide students with clear and constructive feedback
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and disciplined classroom environment
• Complete any reasonable academic duties directly related to the assigned classes

🕒 Working Schedule
• Monday–Friday
• 07:40–16:45
• Approximately 20 teaching periods per week
• Teachers are required to be present during their scheduled teaching periods and any necessary departmental meetings or duties connected to those classes
• The detailed timetable will be confirmed before the start date
