| Write or Paste Ad | Insight English is currently recruiting enthusiastic and qualified NATIVE English-speaking instructors to join our main branch located on Silom Road, Bangkok. We are offering both full-time and part-time teaching opportunities for educators who are passionate about helping students improve their English skills. We are looking for experienced English instructors who enjoy teaching a variety of learners, including both young students and adults. Successful candidates should be adaptable, motivated, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment while providing engaging, student-focused lessons. At Insight English, we are committed to delivering high-quality language education while creating a supportive and professional workplace where teachers can grow and students can achieve their learning goals. Our courses include Business English, examination preparation programs such as IELTS, TOEIC, SAT, and TOEFL, conversational English classes, and English programs designed specifically for young learners. Full-time instructors are expected to work five days per week, including one weekend day. The position includes a contract requiring approximately 100 teaching hours per month, with a monthly salary ranging from 40,000 to 45,000 baht depending on experience and qualifications. Full-time teachers who work beyond the contracted 100 teaching hours per month will receive additional compensation of 450 baht per teaching hour. The benefits package also includes paid holidays during the Christmas and New Year period, approximately one week off during Songkran, visa and work permit support, subsidized health insurance, and continuous professional development opportunities. Part-time instructors are also welcome to apply, with flexible teaching schedules available during evenings, weekends, or both depending on availability. Part-time teachers will receive 300 baht per 40-minute teaching period, equivalent to 450 baht per hour, along with visa and work permit support and ongoing training opportunities. Applicants must meet the following requirements: they must be native English speakers, hold a university degree, and possess a recognized TEFL or TESOL qualification.
