The position offers a monthly salary of 42,000 Baht and provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic trilingual learning environment. Qualifications and Experience The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related discipline, with 3–5 years of teaching experience in Early Years. Previous experience in bilingual or trilingual schools is highly preferred, along with strong knowledge of early years pedagogy and curriculum design. Professional Skills Applicants should demonstrate a leadership-oriented mindset with the ability to mentor, guide, and support teaching staff. A minimum English proficiency of CEFR B1+ is required, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative, positive approach to teamwork. Key Responsibilities The role involves leading curriculum planning to ensure high-quality learning experiences, supporting and supervising Early Years teachers, and teaching selected classes as required. The Level Head will also monitor student development and maintain effective communication with parents. Collaboration and Development Close collaboration with school management and teaching teams is essential to ensure alignment with educational goals.
