Teachers are expected to teach 24 periods per week, with each class lasting 40 minutes. The standard work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with an earlier finish of 3:15 p.m. on Fridays. Staff members will also be required to attend a small number of weekend parent meetings or school events each year, typically no more than two or three. Applicants must meet strict eligibility requirements to be considered. Candidates must be native English speakers from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa, and must hold at least a bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject. A recognized teaching qualification such as an MEd or PGCE is strongly preferred, along with a minimum of two years of high school teaching experience, ideally within Thailand. All applicants must currently reside in Thailand, be available to start on May 5, and be able to present original academic diplomas, transcripts, certificates, and a passport at the initial interview. The school offers a fixed salary structure, with monthly pay ranging from 73,000 to 75,000 baht for teachers with formal teaching qualifications and 59,000 baht for those without.
