Though small in size, the school offers a lively and supportive atmosphere for both teachers and students. We provide comprehensive training for all new teachers, along with ready-made lesson plans and a structured curriculum. With small class sizes and a Western-style management team, AEP ensures a smooth and organized teaching experience. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated teacher who is eager to positively impact students’ lives. The ideal candidate should be energetic, engaging, and passionate about education. This role includes teaching a variety of age groups, ranging from kindergarten and primary students to high school learners and adults. The teaching schedule offers diversity and the opportunity to develop experience across multiple levels. Our location offers the best of both worlds. It is close enough to Bangkok for convenient travel, yet far enough from the busy city center to benefit from more affordable housing options. At AEP, you will work alongside a small and committed team where your ideas and contributions are valued. The school fosters a collaborative environment in which teachers feel supported. One of the key advantages of this position is work-life balance. Once your teaching hours are finished, you are free to enjoy your time without taking grading or extra work home. The full-time salary starts at 60,000 baht per month, with a 50,000 baht bonus awarded upon successful completion of a one-year contract. Teachers are also eligible for additional quarterly performance-based bonuses. After passing a three-month probation period, you will receive 10 days of annual leave in addition to Thai public holidays. The company provides and covers the cost of both the visa and work permit. The work schedule consists of five days per week, including weekends, with up to five contact hours on weekdays and seven on weekends.
