This leadership role reports directly to the Principal and the Vice Principal of the English Program. The Head of Science will supervise curriculum development and progression across Cambridge Stages 1 to 6. The role involves maintaining high teaching standards, aligning assessment practices with Cambridge requirements, and preparing students for Cambridge Checkpoint examinations. Additional duties include mentoring and training Science teachers, conducting classroom observations, managing laboratory safety and resources, and supporting STEM initiatives and academic events. Applicants must be Native English Speakers or Asian candidates with a Master’s degree in Science or a related field and at least five years of teaching experience. Experience with the Cambridge curriculum is highly desirable for this role. Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English are essential qualifications. The second opening is for Head of Global Perspectives (Social Studies), also reporting to the Principal and Vice Principal of the English Program. This position focuses on leading the Cambridge Global Perspectives curriculum from Grades 1 to 12. The successful candidate will oversee curriculum planning and implementation, ensuring lessons foster inquiry-based learning, global awareness, research competence, and reflective thinking. Responsibilities also include monitoring instructional quality, supporting teacher training, and preparing students for Cambridge Checkpoint assessments. Candidates must be Native English Speakers with a Master’s degree in Social Studies and a strong background in geopolitics, history, and international relations. Prior experience with the Cambridge curriculum, along with strong leadership and communication skills, is required. The third position is Head of College Counselling, reporting to the Principal and the Vice Principal of Secondary. This role leads the university and career guidance program, helping students and parents navigate subject selection and higher education pathways aligned with Cambridge progression routes. Key responsibilities include advising students on academic planning, supporting university applications both in Thailand and internationally, organizing university fairs and career workshops, and maintaining communication with families in Thai and English. Candidates must be Thai nationals or Native English Speakers fluent in both languages, with three to five years of counselling experience; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
