Write or Paste Ad Saint Dominic English Program Plus (EP Plus) is opening applications for its May 2026 intake. The position is based at Saint Dominic School in central Bangkok, with a start date of May 5, 2026. This is a direct-hire opportunity within a well-established academic institution.

Located in the Makkasan area, the school is conveniently accessible and within walking distance of MRT Phetchaburi. Saint Dominic School is a Catholic (Salesian) institution that serves more than 1,300 students from Grades 1 through 12. As the English Program Plus continues to grow, the school is looking for Filipino teachers dedicated to structured teaching, academic consistency, and long-term professional engagement.

Applicants must carefully review the minimum qualifications before applying, as all requirements are mandatory. This role is particularly suitable for educators who are already teaching in Thailand and are seeking a stable, long-term position. Those without recent teaching experience in Thai classrooms are unlikely to be considered.

Candidates must hold either a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a Bachelor’s degree in Education with a primary or secondary focus. In addition, applicants must be Filipino nationals with a TOEIC score of at least 900, possess a clear and neutral English accent, and fall within the age range of 25 to 45 years.

Professional experience requirements include at least one year of teaching Mathematics and at least one year of relevant teaching experience in Thailand. Applicants must currently reside in Thailand and be available to begin work in early May 2026. Professionalism, reliability, teamwork, and a neat appearance are essential, while familiarity with the Thai National Curriculum is considered an advantage.

Preference will be given to candidates who hold a valid Khurusapha (TCT) Teaching License, can teach both Mathematics and Social Studies, and have prior experience in Thai private schools or English Program settings. Applicants who do not meet the minimum criteria are strongly advised not to apply, as incomplete or unqualified applications will not be considered.

The school is currently hiring two Primary Mathematics Teachers. Priority will be given to those who can also handle Social Studies. Teachers may occasionally be asked to cover other subjects such as English, Mathematics, or Science for Grades 1 to 6 when necessary.

The compensation package includes a monthly salary ranging from 25,000 to 30,000 THB, depending on qualifications and experience, with possible negotiation for exceptional candidates. The contract runs for 12 months and includes around five weeks of paid holidays, Thai public holidays, accident insurance, and visa and work permit support. Additional benefits include a daily coffee allowance and opportunities for extra income through after-school teaching, along with modern, well-equipped classrooms.

Teachers at Saint Dominic School are expected to maintain high academic standards by delivering organized, well-prepared lessons that support measurable student progress. The school values educators who demonstrate strong classroom management, cultural respect, reliability, and a willingness to contribute to the broader school community.

Key responsibilities include planning lessons, preparing course outlines, conducting assessments, tracking student performance, grading work, maintaining records, and participating in school activities. Teachers are also expected to ensure a safe and disciplined classroom environment while collaborating with colleagues.

The work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM, with a teaching load of approximately 20 or more periods per week. The recruitment process is competitive, with interviews beginning in March and requiring an in-person teaching demonstration. Only applicants currently in Thailand will be considered, and walk-in applications are not accepted.

Applications must be submitted via email only, along with all required documents such as a CV, academic credentials, passport copies, references, and a recent photo. A personalized introduction video is also required, detailing qualifications, teaching experience, and motivation for applying. Due to the high number of applicants, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
