With a student body of over 430 children representing more than 50 nationalities, the school takes pride in its inclusive community and warm atmosphere. It is committed to creating a nurturing environment where every child feels valued, achieves success, and develops a sense of belonging. As the school continues to expand, FSB remains focused on delivering high-quality educational experiences for both students and staff. It aims to provide opportunities that support growth, learning, and professional development within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. The school is currently looking for a committed and enthusiastic Nursery/Early Years Teacher to join its team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting the development of very young children and creating a positive start to their educational journey. The successful candidate will work with children aged 16 months to 3 years old, helping to guide their early learning through care, creativity, and structured play. This position requires a nurturing individual who understands the importance of early childhood development. Applicants should demonstrate a calm, patient, and caring personality while also being confident and responsible in managing a classroom. A genuine interest in childcare and early education is essential, along with the energy and physical ability required for an active, hands-on role. A positive mindset and proactive attitude are highly valued, as well as a strong understanding of the UK EYFS curriculum. Previous experience in an international school setting is beneficial, though not mandatory for the right candidate. Candidates should also possess strong communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Adaptability and flexibility are important qualities, as the school environment is dynamic and continually evolving to meet the needs of its diverse community. Applicants are expected to hold a bachelor’s degree along with a relevant qualification such as NNEB, CACHE Level 3 Diploma, BTEC National Diploma in Children’s Care, Learning and Development, or NVQ Level 3 in a related field. Key responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging, play-based lessons that inspire young learners. Teachers must adapt their approaches to support children with varying needs, including those learning English as an additional language, while also monitoring and reporting on progress. The role involves working closely with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and uphold the school’s values. Teachers are expected to foster a safe, respectful, and positive classroom environment that encourages good behaviour and supports each child’s development. FSB offers a supportive and friendly workplace, along with opportunities for career growth as the school develops. Staff benefit from a multicultural environment that encourages innovation, flexibility, and collaboration in teaching practices. Safeguarding is a top priority at the school, with strict procedures in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all students. This includes thorough reference checks, international background screenings, and trained recruitment staff who follow best practices to ensure a safe hiring process. The school strongly believes that maintaining high safeguarding standards is essential to creating a secure environment for both children and staff. Policies are designed to actively promote welfare and protect everyone within the school community. Individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and eager to contribute to a diverse and innovative school setting are encouraged to apply. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners at the beginning of their educational journey. The position offers a full-time monthly salary of 60,000 Baht.
