| Write or Paste Ad | Teachers for Summer Camp Regent’s International School, Bangkok (Boarding Campus) Temporary - Contract Duration: Monday, 20 July – Friday, 14 August 2026 (Full-time, 4 weeks) Regent’s International School in Bangkok is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic teachers for their upcoming Summer Camp, which will run from July 20 to August 14, 2026. The camp will cater to Asian students aged 3 to 12 years old. Teachers will be responsible for delivering English lessons, supervising children during breaks and activities, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the students throughout the day. The contractual hours for this position will be Monday to Friday, from 08:30 AM to 03:00 PM. Teachers will work closely with other staff members, including one teaching assistant per class, to ensure smooth daily operations. The classes will consist of 20 to 25 students each. The summer camp provides a supportive environment with a structured schedule that includes both teaching and supervision duties. On the first day of the camp, teachers will conduct placement tests to assess the English proficiency level of each student, ensuring that appropriate teaching strategies are implemented. The daily schedule includes multiple English teaching periods as well as supervised break times and lunch periods. The role also involves overseeing students during activities and ensuring they are safely escorted back to their accommodations at the end of the day. A typical day will begin with a welcoming period from 08:30 AM to 09:00 AM, during which teachers will supervise students. The first teaching period, focused on English language instruction, will take place from 09:00 AM to 10:00 AM, followed by a short break. After the break, there will be another English teaching session from 10:20 AM to 11:30 AM. Supervision of the students during break times and lunch periods is required, with lunch provided to the teachers as well. The afternoon will include another English teaching session from 12:30 PM to 01:30 PM. Following this, teachers will supervise students during activity time from 01:30 PM to 02:30 PM. Specialist staff will lead the activities, but teachers will still play a supervisory role. The final period of the day, from 02:30 PM to 03:00 PM, will involve sending students back home on the school bus. Teachers will follow the English National Curriculum, and all teaching and learning materials will be provided by the school. This will ensure that teachers can focus on effective instruction without the added responsibility of creating lesson plans or sourcing materials. The salary for the position is 20,000 THB per week, with the total pay amounting to 80,000 THB for the full 4-week duration. The successful candidate will be a native English speaker with a strong background in teaching primary-aged Asian students. Experience working in a diverse and dynamic environment is essential, and candidates should be confident in managing young learners in both educational and non-educational settings.
