The school is seeking someone who is eager to help young learners grow and develop while fostering a nurturing environment. The position is full-time, offering a salary of 23,000 Baht per month. The ideal candidate should genuinely love working with children and feel fulfilled by helping them gain confidence in speaking English. We are looking for someone who is strong, patient, and passionate about teaching, with a positive attitude toward learning and personal growth. Emotional awareness and the ability to work well with others are important qualities for this role. Candidates should have experience in teaching English or working with young children, preferably in group settings. A background in learning through play, music, nature, and art would be an asset. Additionally, applicants with TEFL, EYFS, Montessori, or similar training certificates will be given priority. We value team players who can also take initiative and work independently. The successful candidate should be self-reflective, emotionally aware, and able to approach challenges with a positive mindset.
