Located just a five-minute drive from Trang Airport and approximately 40 minutes from a beautiful local beach, the school is one of the leading private schools in the province, serving nearly 900 students from Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12. Pornsirikul School is looking for enthusiastic, flexible, and innovative teachers who are committed to making a positive impact on young learners. For the full-time Secondary English Teacher position, successful candidates will teach students from Grade 7 to Grade 12 as part of the ESL (English as a Second Language) Program. Teachers will work with small classes of approximately 10–20 students and deliver engaging English lessons designed to support language development and communication skills. Secondary teachers may also be required to teach additional subjects such as Project & Communication or Health Education. The maximum teaching workload is approximately 20–22 periods per week, with each lesson lasting 50 minutes. The school is also recruiting full-time Primary ESL Teachers who are passionate about working with students from Grade 1 to Grade 6. Teachers will be assigned to one or two primary levels and will teach small classes consisting of approximately 10–20 students. Primary ESL teachers will be responsible for teaching English, Mathematics (Origo), and Project & Craft lessons. Additional subjects, including Science Experiments with provided lesson plans and MathsWhizz online mathematics programs, may also be included in the teaching schedule. The maximum teaching load is 20–22 periods per week, with each period lasting 50 minutes. Pornsirikul School is also accepting applications for full-time Primary Teachers in the Normal Program. These teachers will work with Grade 1 to Grade 6 students in classes of approximately 20–35 learners and will focus on teaching English and English Communication skills. The ideal candidates for all teaching positions should be energetic, creative, and enthusiastic educators who enjoy working with young learners. Teachers are expected to create engaging lessons, encourage student participation, and provide a positive classroom experience. Applicants must be Filipino teachers between the ages of 22 and 35 years old and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Education, Elementary Education, or a related field. Candidates should also possess a TOEIC, TESOL, or TEFL certificate and demonstrate a strong command of the English language. Successful applicants should have a positive attitude toward working within the Thai educational context and display qualities such as responsibility, flexibility, motivation, creativity, strong interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for teaching children. The position offers a salary of 23,000 Baht per month under a 12-month full-time paid contract. The employment package includes assistance with obtaining a work permit and Non-Immigrant B visa, paid school and public holidays, personal leave, and sick leave benefits. Additional benefits include three complimentary meals per working day (breakfast, lunch, and afternoon break), social security coverage, at least one school uniform shirt per year, annual salary increases based on performance (up to 1,000 Baht), and optional opportunities to earn additional income through extra classes.
