This full-time position offers a salary of 39,000–44,000 Baht per month and provides an excellent opportunity to work in a progressive international school focused on innovative 21st-century education. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Grade 5 students across a range of subjects, including Science, Mathematics, Language Arts (reading, writing, and word study), Social Studies, Art, and Technology. Teachers will create engaging lessons, support student development, and provide a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and academic growth. The base salary starts at 39,000 Baht per month, including housing and food allowances. Additional benefits include affordable on-campus accommodation for approximately 3,000 Baht per month, free lunches on working days, and health insurance for teachers who commit to multi-year contracts. Teachers also have opportunities to earn additional income through tutoring TIS students at a rate of 500 Baht per hour, with potential monthly earnings of approximately 3,000–5,000 Baht. Interested teachers may also participate in summer school tutoring programs during June at the same hourly rate. TIS provides a generous paid holiday schedule designed to support a healthy work-life balance. The 2025–2026 academic calendar included approximately 35 paid holidays between August and June, with extended breaks during Christmas/New Year and the Thai Songkran holiday period in April. The teacher orientation will begin on August 3, 2026, with Term 1 starting on August 14, 2026, and the contract ending on June 4, 2027. Teaching responsibilities will not exceed 20 classroom hours per week, with additional duties such as student supervision ranging from approximately 2 to 5 hours per week depending on experience and responsibilities. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher qualification and provide official academic transcripts and a background check. English proficiency is required, and non-native English speakers with excellent language skills and classroom experience are welcome to apply. Previous teaching experience, a TEFL or similar qualification, and experience with educational technology platforms such as Google Classroom are preferred but not mandatory.
