Applicants may indicate which branch they prefer when applying. The role begins with recruitment and onboarding duties, which include hiring and welcoming new corporate training teachers. The Head Teacher also provides orientation and mentorship to ensure that new teachers are fully prepared for their responsibilities. Teacher management is another core responsibility, involving the assignment and coordination of teacher schedules. The Head Teacher must ensure that classes run smoothly and that client expectations are consistently met. The position also involves overseeing teaching materials and related documentation. This ensures that all academic resources are properly maintained and that records are kept in order. Evaluation and development duties include supporting class observations and offering performance feedback to teachers. The Head Teacher also promotes professional growth among teachers and addresses student concerns as they arise. Teaching support is part of the job as well, and the Head Teacher may be asked to substitute or teach classes when necessary. Administrative and quality assurance tasks are also required, such as tracking teaching hours for payroll. Additional responsibilities include analyzing student satisfaction and leading improvement initiatives. The Head Teacher may also be assigned other academic tasks as needed by the organization. Qualified applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field, along with a TEFL/TESOL certification; CELTA is considered an advantage. At least five years of English teaching experience or experience in teacher management is required, and a background in teacher mentoring or academic coordination is preferred. Candidates should possess strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. They must be able to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle fast-paced tasks effectively, while also being available to work at both assigned branches. The work schedule consists of a five-day work week with two days off on weekdays. A visa and work permit are provided, and there is a three-month probation period; upon successful completion, the employee becomes eligible for AUA benefits.
