The position offers a salary of 33,000 Baht per month, with a schedule of three half-days per week. The contract runs from September to October 2026, and the start date is immediate. The main responsibility is teaching practical English to hotel employees, with a focus on Hospitality English and real workplace situations. Lessons should be designed to help staff communicate effectively in their daily roles. The teacher will work with various departments across the hotel. The departments involved include Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Spa & Recreation, Engineering, Kitchen, and Sales & Reservations. Each department has different language needs, so the teacher must tailor content accordingly. This variety makes the role dynamic and hands-on. The teacher is expected to prepare engaging, practical lessons using role-plays, dialogues, and real hotel scenarios. Lessons must be adapted to suit different English proficiency levels among employees. This ensures that all staff, regardless of their starting level, can benefit from the training. Coordination with hotel management and department heads is also part of the role. This helps ensure that the training meets the specific needs of each department.
