The centre focuses on English and Singapore Maths programmes, offering hands-on education that builds confidence in students through a blend of play, creativity, and structured learning. The ideal candidate will be able to teach the Singapore Maths Curriculum, with experience in the Olympiad Maths Programme being an advantage, and will implement a dynamic curriculum tailored to children aged 4–12 that emphasises critical thinking, questioning, and emotional growth. The role involves engaging children through creative experiences such as play, music, arts, and hands-on activities, while ensuring the classroom remains clean, safe, and well-organised. Teachers will work closely with other staff to plan school events and special activities, continuously assess and monitor each child's progress, provide feedback to parents, and collaborate with them after class to support their child's development. Additional responsibilities include evaluating children's performance based on class participation, using positive guidance strategies at all times, providing a safe and secure environment, and performing other related duties as required. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both children and parents, a creative and inspiring personality with dynamic and energetic lesson delivery, strong classroom management skills, and patience, creativity, and a passion for working with preschool children. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and engage with parents is also essential.
