The school is looking to fill two specific positions. The first is a Primary teacher at Suratsawadee School in Khon Kaen province. The second is a Kindergarten teacher at TonKid House, also in Khon Kaen province.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and being either a non-native or native English speaker. Applicants must currently be in Thailand and should be positive-thinking, enthusiastic, and able to work as part of a team. A passion for teaching and child development is essential. Those with TOEIC scores and a Certificate of TEFL will be highly considered.

For the Primary Teacher role, responsibilities include serving as a homeroom teacher for a bilingual class of Primary students aged 6–12. The teacher will instruct Phonics, Math, Science, Arts, conversation, and other related activities. Teaching should follow a fun and play-based curriculum alongside the Able English Program, Origo math education program, or Gakken science program, with training provided. Additional duties include preparing lesson plans, progress reports, and teaching materials, assisting the class with Thai colleagues, and performing assigned school duties. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30–17:00.

For the Kindergarten Teacher role (female), responsibilities include serving as a homeroom teacher for a bilingual class of Kindergarten students aged 3–5. The teacher will instruct Phonics, Math, Science, Arts, conversation, and other related activities using a fun and play-based curriculum alongside learning by doing, with training provided. Kindergarten teaching experience is highly considered. Duties also include preparing lesson plans, progress reports, and teaching materials, assisting the class with Thai colleagues, and performing assigned school duties. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30–17:00.

Benefits include a 12-month salary under a 1-year contract, with salary increases depending on performance. The school processes and pays for the visa and work permit yearly. Employees become part of an expanding school with growing salary and career path opportunities. They receive 10 paid vacation days during school holidays, 10 personal leaves, and other Thai public holidays. Monthly tuition fees are paid as an extra on top of salary for teaching during working hours from 15:30–16:30, with the number of students depending on teaching performance. The initial monthly salary is 23,000–25,000 THB (without accommodation), depending on experience.

As a lead teacher, the successful candidate will bring energy, fun, and a caring disposition while following the established curriculum. They will have their own classroom to personalize and decorate with student creations, creating an engaging environment where students feel comfortable and thrive.
