Candidate Requirements The ideal applicant must be a native English speaker, which is a requirement for the school's international licensing. Candidates should have a minimum of two years' experience in early years education and be familiar with the Jolly Phonics program. A strong understanding of the UK Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and the Finland play-based learning framework is essential. Additionally, the school is looking for a positive team player with a genuine passion for working with young children. Employment Benefits The position is available as either part-time or full-time, offering a monthly salary between 22,000 and 35,000 THB, which will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
