The school is looking for someone who enjoys working with young children and is committed to supporting their growth, development, and learning in a Montessori environment. The position is for an NNES Teacher, based at EARL Montessori Rattanathibet, located at Little Walk Rattanathibet. The successful candidate will work on-site five days a week, with a non-fixed working schedule totaling eight hours per day. The main responsibilities include guiding children through their daily learning experiences in a Montessori classroom, observing and supporting each child's individual development, and preparing appropriate learning materials and classroom activities. The teacher will also communicate with parents, collaborate with other teaching staff, and assist with everyday classroom operations. Applicants should preferably hold a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Previous experience in education or childcare is an advantage, particularly experience with the Montessori approach. The ideal candidate should be patient, responsible, passionate about working with children, and equipped with good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
