The school is looking for an educator who can create an enjoyable learning environment and encourage students to achieve their full potential. The selected teacher will be responsible for preparing and delivering meaningful, well-organised lessons that meet the educational needs of Year 5 students. Lessons should be engaging, interactive, and designed to encourage students to participate actively in the learning process. The successful applicant should be able to recognise and accommodate different learning styles, abilities, and individual needs. Providing appropriate learning support and ensuring that every student has equal opportunities to succeed will be an important part of the role. Another key responsibility will be monitoring students' academic development through regular assessments and offering helpful feedback to support their progress. The teacher must also maintain a welcoming and well-managed classroom by establishing clear rules, encouraging positive behaviour, and promoting mutual respect. Effective communication and teamwork are essential for this position. The appointed teacher will be expected to maintain good relationships with parents, work closely with fellow teachers, participate in school events and activities, and follow all student safeguarding and welfare policies. Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in Education or a related subject, while a recognised teaching certificate or qualification would be an advantage. Previous experience teaching at the primary level, particularly Year 5, is preferred. Candidates should also have excellent English communication abilities, effective classroom management skills, and a cooperative attitude.
